Acceptance of Terms

By downloading, installing, or using Conditioning Control Panel ("CCP", "the application"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use the application.

These terms apply to all users of the application, including those who use it without an account (offline mode) and those who connect to cloud services.

They work together with our Privacy Policy, our Refund and Cancellation Policy, and the company details in our Legal Notice.

Description of Service

Conditioning Control Panel is a Windows desktop application for adults (18+). It displays configurable on-screen overlays, image and text effects, and plays audio and video the user supplies, in timed sessions the user builds, starts and stops. The installer ships a neutral baseline; optional themed voice and art packs are free downloads the user chooses. A free tier covers the core tools; a paid subscription unlocks additional features and higher cloud service limits. Every feature is started by the user and can be stopped at any time.

Cloud features (sync, leaderboards, shared sessions) require signing in - via Discord OAuth, Patreon OAuth, an invite-code account, or a web account at app.cclabs.app.

The service is provided on a best-effort basis. We do not guarantee uptime, availability, or uninterrupted access to cloud features.

Eligibility and Age

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live if that is higher, to download, install, use or buy a subscription for CCP. By downloading the application, creating an account or paying for a subscription, you confirm that you meet that requirement.

The purchase flow asks you to confirm your age before payment. If we find that an account holder is under 18, we close the account and delete the data as described in the Age Requirement section of the Privacy Policy.

You must also be legally able to enter into a contract with us, and not barred from doing so under the law that applies to you.

Account Terms

• Accounts can be created by signing in through Discord or Patreon OAuth (we do not manage these passwords), through an invite-code account in the desktop app (display name + password we store as a bcrypt hash), or through a web account at app.cclabs.app using an email magic link or one of the OAuth providers.
• You are responsible for maintaining the security of the accounts you use to sign in.
• You must not share your account, password, session tokens, magic links, or device-link codes with others.
• You must not create multiple accounts to circumvent bans, rate limits, or anti-cheat measures.
• You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account, regardless of which login method you used.

What the Subscription Is

A subscription is a monthly contract between you and CC Labs S.r.l.s. It gives you, for as long as it is active:

• Paid features in the desktop application. Basic unlocks the Premium tab. Prime includes everything in Basic and adds the experimental and in-progress features.
• Higher limits on our cloud services. Sync, shared sessions and the cloud AI companion have usage limits; a paid plan raises them.

You are buying access, not a copy of anything. The subscription is personal to your account, and is not transferable.

How this relates to the open-source code

The CCP source code is published under the MIT License, and the MIT License continues to apply to that source code. You can read it, build it, modify it and redistribute it under that licence, for free, whether or not you pay us anything.

What the MIT License does not cover is our hosted services and the paid entitlements on your account. The servers at cclabs.app and app.cclabs.app, the accounts and data they hold, and the flag that marks your account as Basic or Prime are operated by CC Labs S.r.l.s. under these terms, not under the MIT License. A subscription buys access to those. It does not change the licence on the code, and the licence on the code does not give a right of access to them.

Some optional content packs and artwork distributed with or for the application are covered by their own licence terms rather than the MIT License. Those terms travel with the pack.

Changes to what a plan includes

Features move between tiers as the application develops, and experimental features can change or be withdrawn. If we remove a significant feature from a plan you are paying for, we will tell you before the change takes effect, and you can cancel as described below.

Prices, Billing and Automatic Renewal

• Basic - 6.00 EUR per month, plus the VAT of your country.
• Prime - 10.00 EUR per month, plus the VAT of your country.

Prices are shown before VAT. The checkout shows the total, including the VAT of your country, before you pay. Subscriptions are sold and billed by CC Labs S.r.l.s. Payment is taken through PayPal, with a PayPal account or a card. We do not see or store your card details or your PayPal credentials; the payment provider holds them.

Automatic renewal. The subscription renews automatically every month, on the same day of the month as the first payment, until you cancel. Each renewal charges the payment method on file. There is no free trial and no minimum term.

Receipts and invoices. PayPal emails a receipt for every payment. Your plan, its status and its renewal date are shown at Account > Subscription at app.cclabs.app. For an invoice, write to support@cclabs.app.

Failed payments. If a payment fails, PayPal retries it over the following days. If it still fails, the subscription ends and the account returns to the free tier. Your progression and settings are not deleted. You can resubscribe at any time.

Price changes. We may change the price of a plan. We will tell you at least 30 days before a change affects you, by email to the address on the account. The new price applies from the next renewal after that notice, and you can cancel before then if you do not want it.

Buying elsewhere. If you subscribe through Patreon or SubscribeStar instead, that platform is the seller, charges you under its own terms, and its own cancellation and refund rules apply.

Cancellation, Withdrawal and Refunds

You can cancel at any time, without giving a reason, and keep access to the end of the period you have paid for. Sign in at app.cclabs.app, open Account > Subscription and press Cancel subscription, or email support@cclabs.app from the address on your account.

EU and EEA consumers have a 14-day right of withdrawal for distance contracts. Because a subscription is digital content supplied immediately, the checkout asks you to expressly request immediate supply and to acknowledge that you lose the withdrawal right once supply has begun.

Separately from that statutory right, our policy is satisfied or refunded: any subscription charge is refunded on request, for any reason, without justification. The full rules, including how older charges and terminated accounts are handled, are in the Refund and Cancellation Policy, which forms part of these terms.

Self-Directed Use

CCP is a tool you run on your own computer, for yourself.

• You choose which features to switch on, and you configure them. Nothing starts on its own.
• You start every session, and you can stop it at any time.
• Shared sessions are started by the account holder. The account holder chooses which effects another person is allowed to trigger, and can end the session at any moment.
• The person invited into a shared session can only trigger effects the account holder has allowed, and nothing else.

You are responsible for how you use the application, for the media you supply to it, and for deciding whether a given setting is right for you. CCP is not a medical, therapeutic or diagnostic product, it makes no health claims, and it is not a substitute for professional advice.

Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

• Abuse cloud services - do not spam API endpoints, attempt to overload the server, or exploit vulnerabilities.
• Harass others - do not use remote sessions, leaderboards, or any social features to harass, stalk, or target other users.
• Reverse engineer cloud services - while the client is open source, you may not probe, scrape, or reverse engineer the server infrastructure beyond what the public API provides.
• Impersonate others - do not use display names or profile information to impersonate other users or project maintainers.
• Circumvent access controls - do not bypass Patreon tier checks, rate limits, or other restrictions.

Prohibited Content

The following content categories are strictly prohibited in any use of CCP, including AI companion interactions, custom personality prompts, custom awareness triggers, Deeper enhancement submissions, and any community-shared content:

• Content depicting minors in any sexual context, including AI-generated, simulated, or implied minor depictions. Zero tolerance.
• Non-consensual content, including non-consensual intimate imagery (NCII) and scenarios where consent is absent, coerced, or invalid.
• Deepfakes or AI-generated content depicting identifiable real persons without their explicit consent.
• Incest scenarios, bestiality, snuff, fantasy snuff, watersports, scat, or other elimination content.
• Prostitution, escorting, or solicitation of paid sexual services.
• Hate speech, including content denigrating protected characteristics.
• Instructions for illegal activity (weapons, drugs, fraud, hacking).
• Professional advice in regulated domains (medical, legal, financial) presented as substitutive of qualified professionals.

Violations result in immediate termination of cloud features and account access. If the account was on a paid plan, the most recent subscription charge is refunded in full: see the Refund and Cancellation Policy. Detected attempts to generate content depicting minors are reported to NCMEC (United States) and Stop-IT (Italy INHOPE network).

Anti-Cheat Policy

CCP includes server-side anti-cheat measures to ensure fair leaderboards and progression integrity. These measures include:

• XP earning rate limits and consistency checks
• Session timing and idle detection
• HMAC-signed session data verified server-side
• Statistics validation and anomaly detection

AI Disclaimer

The AI companion feature uses third-party language models accessed via OpenRouter. Important points:

• AI responses are generated by external language models and may be inaccurate, inappropriate, or unexpected.
• The AI companion is for entertainment purposes only and does not provide professional, medical, psychological, or legal advice.
• All AI-generated text shown in CCP is labeled with a visible "AI" badge in compliance with Article 50(2) of the EU AI Act.
• Messages sent to the cloud AI companion are forwarded by a stateless CC Labs S.r.l.s. proxy server to OpenRouter. The proxy does not retain message content. OpenRouter is configured at both the account level and the per-request level to opt out of using request data for model training.
• Local AI (Ollama) operates entirely on the user's device. CC Labs S.r.l.s. does not receive or store local AI conversation content.
• A multi-layered moderation system applies to all AI features. See the AI Content Policy for technical details.
• We do not control, endorse, or guarantee the content generated by AI models, but enforce content policies through moderation layers and account action.

Third-Party Services

CCP can connect to third-party services that you choose to set up. Examples are video sites you enter a URL for, Intiface and Lovense for hardware you already own, Ollama for local AI models, and OpenRouter for the cloud AI companion.

• These integrations are optional and user-configured. None of them is required to use CCP, and none is switched on unless you switch it on.
• CC Labs S.r.l.s. is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or responsible for any third-party service, its content, its availability or its terms.
• When you use one, your dealings are with that provider, under their terms and their privacy policy.
• Third-party services can change, break or stop working at any time. We do not guarantee that any integration will keep working, and a change at the other end is not a fault in CCP.

The services that process data on our behalf, as opposed to services you connect yourself, are listed in the Third-Party Services section of the Privacy Policy.

Intellectual Property

Application Code

Conditioning Control Panel is open-source software released under the MIT License. You are free to use, modify, and distribute the source code in accordance with that license.

User Content

Any media files (images, videos, audio) you use with the application remain your property. CCP does not claim ownership over user-provided content.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The application and all associated cloud services are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

We do not warrant that the application will be error-free, secure, or available at all times. You use the application at your own risk.

Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, CC Labs S.r.l.s. and any contributors to the project shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of data, use, or profits, arising out of or related to your use of the application.

This limitation applies regardless of the theory of liability (contract, tort, strict liability, or otherwise), even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

Nothing in this section limits liability that cannot be limited by law. That includes liability for death or personal injury, for wilful misconduct or gross negligence, and any liability owed to consumers that Italian or EU law does not permit us to exclude. If you are a consumer, your statutory rights are unaffected by this section.

Termination

We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your access to cloud services at any time, with or without notice, for conduct that we determine violates these terms or is harmful to other users or the project.

Upon termination, your right to access cloud features ceases immediately. The offline functionality of the application is not affected by account termination.

You may delete your account at any time through the application's Settings tab. See our Privacy Policy for details on data deletion.

If your account was on a paid plan when it was terminated, the most recent subscription charge is refunded in full. See the Refund and Cancellation Policy.

Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These terms, and any dispute arising out of them or out of your use of CCP, are governed by Italian law.

If you are a consumer resident in the European Union, this choice of law does not deprive you of the protection of the mandatory rules of the law of the country where you live. You can bring proceedings before the courts of your own place of residence, and we will bring any proceedings against you before those courts. Nothing here removes that right.

If you are not a consumer (for example, you use CCP in the course of a business), the courts of Naples, Italy (Tribunale di Napoli) have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute with CC Labs S.r.l.s.

The United Nations Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods does not apply.

Consumer Dispute Resolution

If something goes wrong, write to us first at support@cclabs.app. Most billing problems are a misunderstanding about which platform is charging you, and we can usually sort that out the same week. Refunds do not need a dispute at all: see the Refund and Cancellation Policy. If you are not happy with our answer, escalate to legal@cclabs.app and we will look at it again.

If you are a consumer and we still cannot agree, you can bring the dispute before an accredited alternative dispute resolution body (organismo ADR) under Part V, Title II-bis of the Codice del Consumo. That includes the conciliation service of the Camera di Commercio di Napoli (Servizio di Conciliazione), or any other ADR body listed by the Ministero delle Imprese e del Made in Italy.

CC Labs S.r.l.s. is not obliged to use any particular ADR body and is not committed in advance to accepting one, but will consider any request in good faith.

None of this stops you going to court, and none of it affects your rights under Governing Law and Jurisdiction above.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms of Service from time to time. Changes will be reflected on this page with an updated revision date. Continued use of the application after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.

For significant changes, we may notify users through the application's update banner or Discord server.
