Our Discord server and the GitHub issue tracker are community channels. They are useful for help with the app, but they are not monitored for billing, legal or privacy requests. Use the email addresses above for those.
What We Sell
Conditioning Control Panel is a Windows desktop application for adults (18+). The application itself is free to download and its source code is published under the MIT License.
CC Labs S.r.l.s. sells optional monthly subscriptions that unlock additional features in the application and raise the limits on our cloud services:
- Basic - 6.00 EUR per month, plus the VAT of your country.
- Prime - 10.00 EUR per month, plus the VAT of your country.
Subscriptions are billed monthly by CC Labs S.r.l.s. through PayPal, and renew automatically until cancelled. There is no free trial and no minimum term. Any charge is refunded on request: see the Refund and Cancellation Policy.
Subscriptions purchased on Patreon or SubscribeStar are sold by those platforms under their own terms.
